Arab-Andalusian elegance in the heart of the medina.

After four years of restoration, Riad Batchisaraï reopened its doors in April 2017. Every detail was carefully considered to preserve the soul of the place and revive its Arab-Andalusian elegance, between tradition and refinement.
Ideally located in the heart of the medina, the riad offers views from its terraces over the old city, the ramparts, and the 13th-century Marinid remains. The historic center is within walking distance, with parking available nearby.
The soul of the Riad
the heart of the place
From the moment you enter, Riad Batchisaraï invites you to slow down. Around the central patio, the true heart of the riad, the gentle murmur of water accompanies conversations and moments of rest.
Finely crafted zellige tiles, sculpted plasterwork, and carved wood create an authentic setting, preserved with respect for Moroccan craftsmanship. Natural light flows through the galleries, revealing a warm atmosphere where tradition and modern comfort come together naturally.

Guests can settle in for mint tea, read, plan their day, or simply slow down. Moroccan lounges, sunlit terraces, and shaded spaces offer dedicated places to unwind, while a traditional hammam completes this wellness escape.
The riad’s staff remains at your disposal to help you discover the medina and its surroundings.
A haven of peace in the heart of the city.
The Terrace
between Sky and Medina

Overlooking the medina, the terrace offers a 360° panoramic view of the ramparts, the Quaraouiyine Mosque, the Marinid remains, and the layered rooftops of the old city. On the horizon, the mountain ranges draw a silhouette with an almost desert-like feel.
At sunrise, breakfast is served facing the first light of day. At midday, the shade of the drapes invites you to relax.
As evening falls, the lanterns light up and the terrace becomes a privileged setting for dinner or a drink under the stars.
